Police arrested Taylor Wardlaw and charged him with accessory following an incident that involved murder with regard to Sims the death of. The police say Eddie Brown (30), has been arrested as an accessory to the death. Sims is a 26-year-old male was last seen by Columbia in the early morning of Dec. 20, at Ervin Street. According to police, Sims his girlfriend Wardlaw reported him missing December. 22. A body was found near Monticello Road. Naida Rutherford who is the county coroner in Richland confirmed that it was the property of Sims. Skip Holbrook, the Chief of Columbia Police says Wardlaw has been accused of murder as well with possessing a firearm during the accomplice of a violent crime.
